Sending Surveys

Create all questions, fill the email template and description save the data and navigate to the bottom area where Send Survey column is located.

Select the desired mail lists and click send.

There is 2 fixed mail lists Staff, Clients, Leads. These mail lists are not editable.

NOTE: Survey emails will be sent via CRON JOB. The amount of emails to be sent per hour can be set in Setup->Settings->Cron Job->Surveys

The restriction for per hour is because most hosting provider have limit for sending specific amount of emails per hour.
